I’m a food and drink writer and communications specialist. With over 15 years experience in public relations, digital marketing and hospitality communications, I deliver effective campaigns for clients across both traditional and digital media platforms.

Over the years, I have delivered focused and integrated campaigns for a range of businesses, from well-known global brands (River Cottage, Eden Project), to local start ups (Emotive 360), and worked closely with Michelin starred chefs Paul Ainsworth and Michael Caines MBE. I regularly lecture at Exeter University on the subject of digital marketing and frequently talk at a number of events about campaigning for behavioural change.

I now represent food and drink brands and hospitality businesses. I’m a champion of Food Drink Devon, a Taste of the West judge, and South West food ambassador.
